Most commercial accounts get a flat monthly rate based on the agreed scope of work. Invoicing is on the first of the month. We accept ACH, check and credit card. If your property uses a specific AP system or requires a particular billing format, let us know — we'll match it.
If something needs attention between visits, the dedicated line routes directly to us. Most issues are handled at the next scheduled visit. For urgent items — storm damage, safety issues, irrigation breaks — we respond same-day or next-day depending on what's happening.
