Three generations of care for Sugar Land properties — serving First Colony, Greatwood, Telfair, Riverstone and surrounding neighborhoods since 1994. Owner-led, family-run, locally rooted.
Sugar Land is where we started — and where the family has lived and worked for over 30 years. We've watched this city grow from a smaller suburban community into one of Greater Houston's most respected addresses. Master-planned neighborhoods, vibrant town centers, the kind of established landscaping that takes decades to mature. Every project we take on here feels like contributing to a community we care about deeply.
Three generations rooted in this community.
From routine maintenance to landscape design — what we do for homes across this area.
Weekly mowing, edging, blowing and full-service plans for homeowners. Same crew every visit, consistent year-round care.
Family-owned commercial maintenance for churches, corporate offices, medical buildings and institutional properties across Fort Bend County.
Custom landscape design, hardscaping, lighting and ongoing care for homeowners serious about their outdoor space.
Fort Bend's clay soil and summer heat demand a specific approach — one we've been refining for over 30 years.
Long-term crews. Long-term relationships. Some properties have been on our route for 30+ years — continuity is the standard here, not the exception.
We service Sugar Land, Missouri City, Sienna and surrounding Fort Bend County communities.
Yes — and there's no obligation. For most residential lawn maintenance, we can prepare an accurate estimate using professional mapping tools, often within a day or two of your request. For larger property work or landscape design, we schedule an in-person property walk.
Yes — our service area covers all major neighborhoods and HOA communities in this city. We also maintain properties throughout surrounding Fort Bend County. If you're unsure whether your property is on our route, just call 713-492-6306.
Yes. Lawn John is fully licensed and insured for residential work — protecting you and your property on every visit.
For lawn maintenance, no — we run a regular schedule with weekly visits during peak growing season (May-October) and bi-weekly through the off-season. That's how we keep properties consistent year-round. For landscape design and installation, we do handle single-project work — those are quoted separately.
Let us know your preferred start date and we'll work to fit you into our route. Typically we can get new properties on schedule within 1-2 weeks, depending on the season and your location.
Tell us about your property and what you need — we'll talk through your options and put together a clear quote within one to two business days. Same family business since 1994.
